About Us
Cheshire Dance & Fitness is the home of Mummy & Me Dainty DancersTM and 50+ Forever Green Fitness.
Classes are taught by myself - Rachel Carpenter. I enjoyed a highly successful career as a professional dancer before becoming a dance teacher and fitness instructor and now I have many years of teaching experience.
I hold fully qualified teaching status in both dance and fitness. I am also an examiner, adjudicator and syllabus creator for the United Kingdom Alliance of Professional Teachers of Dancing.
Class Times, Prices and NEW Venue
50+ Forever Green Fitness Strider - Tuesday 3.00-3.45pm
All classes are priced at £4.00 per class.
From April '12 - classes are held at Hartford Village Hall, Chester Road, Hartford, Northwich, CW8 1LW,
(at the tennis courts).
I am thrilled to have secured this lovely, fully refurbished hall for our classes.
